Terrible customer service! I arrived today at 2:10 pm. There was no one to help me at the front desk. As one employee scrambled to leave her station to help me, all she could do was tell me that no one in the office knows how to do that transaction, so I would need to come back tomorrow. She offered to have me call member services from the office to see if they could help me. I took time off to drive 20 minutes to the office. I don't want to talk to someone from the 1-800 number.
