This place is awful. Their insurance agents are completely rude When my handicapped senior parents walked in for their appointment. With their agent. They were told she was not on the floor and they had to see another insurance Agent. And his name was Allen, Allen was completely. Unprofessional, very rude. Talk to them in a horrible manner. Such a worse insurance company with most expensive price. Now days no one ever answers the phone call to answer your questions. If you do not have enough workers then hire more people & help on people needs instead of just taking people money.
