Wake Forest Car Care Center. I have been a customer for years, but due to the poor workmanship and lack of accountability I experienced, I am now looking for another shop. The Initial Issue: I brought my 2002 Lexus in to have the serpentine belt and power steering pump belt replaced. When I went to pick up the car, I opened the glove box and the entire door fell off onto the floorboard, spilling all the contents.
