“Don’t go there anymore” - AAA Phone customer support agent’s own words!!! Terrible customer service from this location. Wish I read the other negative reviews. I had an appointment with them strictly for an oil change and state inspection. I expected WITH an appointment it wouldn’t be an hour and 30 minutes considering you can pull up and get this done anywhere for 10-20 minutes. I have been a AAA customer for many years and have taken various cars to your shop over the years for oil changes and repairs. Yesterday took my 2015 Kia Sorento to your store at 11126 Capital Blvd Wake Forest to have inspection done but I told the staff that I had a brake light out on the driver's side. I had replaced the bulb, but it only worked intermittently and needed attention. I was told that the socket was bad and needed replacement and was charged a price of $164.99 for the part and another $84.99 (less 10%) for lab... read more
