Their service technician did a good job cleaning and changing filters on our filter queen vacuum. However, the prices were outrageous. We paid $70 for a pair of charcoal filters. The same filters can be found online for $17.00 for a pair. I called and asked the company about this. I brought up prices that you can find online. The lady's response was "well we did not hold a gun to your head".
