Although I have not been to this aaa auto repair shop in Tucson I just want to make known to the customers that aaa allows some of there mechanic to still customers money so check your receipt I wrote a complaint to a Justin Richard based in Texas and a Liz Zavala based in California and they both did nothing Although I gave them the receipt here's what happened I was charged $199.00 for a diagnostic test gave them a $50.00 dollar discount coupon but they actually charged me $224.00 because I didn't let the shop fix the car ... read more
Poor communication, wrong diagnosis (it was not the ECM, but actually a damaged wire which communicates to the onboard computer if the car is in park or not allowing it to start), over two weeks of the shop saying we are still troubleshooting it still (Making wild guesses as to what the problem was), no apology from the manager…. I took the car to Toyota who diagnosed the issue the next day (End to end less than 24 hours to have my issue resolved plus an oil change and tire rotation!). About 2 weeks after the shop had done a service package including oil change, oil pressure warning lights appeared. I returned to the shop in middle of busy day there. They insisted that I leave my car; they would look for the problem asap. They paid for a ride home. The shop located a crack in the oil filter. They replaced the filter and topped the oil. All this was done cheerfully and rapidly at no cost to me. Fantastic services after the sale.
We had a tire pressure alert as we were about to get ready to go to LA. My wife asked me to get it checked and the closest AAA car care place was right across the street. The manager Tim Olin came immediately to assist and checked all 4 tires pressure. Not only he didn’t charge us anything but also marked the tire which had a nail in it. He saved us from having an accident or a flat tire on the highway in the middle of day. Thank you for your help Tim and God bless you.
