Okay, after my last visit, I'll have to stop going here. I had to replace my tires and do an alignment, and when I picked up my car, it would not start without throwing errors. They insisted that there wasn't a problem, and now a few days later my battery is completely dead despite trickle charging. I feel lied to here and if they want my continued business they best replace this battery for free.
Tom was great, he helped us accurately figure out what was going on with our Durango. Thank you for being attentive, accommodating, and professional.
They refused to help me because I am not a AAA member.
