Avoid. New ownership or they no longer care about their residential customers only "big fish" (Commercial Clients such as condos). Their first job they did great, everything was as expected, but after I approved a new work order estimate they made excuses for over a year ("we're busy with a condo complex" etc.) and have become a customer service nightmare. They also seemingly lied about asking WE Energy to bury a line--something they had never (in 12 months) mentioned was needed for the service (likely just another excuse?)-... read more
The crew were all friendly and did great work.
Used Steve and AAA several times. Fair quotes and prompt. The last time, didn't show up when they said and ghosted when tried to reschedule.
Watched this company take down a neighbor's tree here in Oak Creek. Seemed like a very skilled group who worked together well. It was between two close houses and watching them lower each branch was pretty sweet. It's insane how fast they could get a whole tree out of there. In and out. I took a card from them in case I need services like that in the future. Based on what I saw I'd happily call them.
AAA Tree Service is excellent. Steve was prompt to provide an estimate and clearly explained why our birch tree needed to come down. He and his crew worked efficiently but with great care - protecting the surrounding garden, laying mats to avoid lawn damage, and leaving everything spotless. They had the tree removed, stump ground, and cleanup done in just a couple of hours. Professional, meticulous, and genuinely nice people. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly, highly recommend them!
