Josh came out to do a bid. I thought it was more than reasonable after getting a few others and he seemed like a great guy so I went forward with them trimming some trees that were on my roof as well as getting some tree trunks removed. I cannot say enough about the overall experience I had with this company from start to finish. The crew was AMAZING .. so nice, and went above and beyond! Hired them as a sub for a customer of mine. They assured me they’d be back to clean up brush and never returned. I have called them 6 times and left 3 voicemails and also texted them. Not one returned phone call. Originally they said their chipper went down I gave them a week even though Josh said it’d be a couple days. Going on a month now and the brush is still in my customers yard. The kicker is they convinced my customer to pay them $400 when we agreed on a couple hundred paid by me. I had two trees on my property that needed to be removed. Josh was able to stop by to do an estimate. I thought the estimate was reasonable. I wont regret. They were quick with cutting down both trees and cleaned up afterwards. I will hire them again when I need them.
