I had a tree removed and branches trimmed back on 4/25/21. J.Harney arrived without any means to transport the brush, without a ladder and without a blower. He promised to return to remove the tree debris when the dump was open. It has been 30 days and he has not returned,. He does not answer the phone and will not respond to texts. In addition, he borrowed my extension ladder without asking and left it twisted and broken. Branches , water bottles and saw dust were left scattered across my yard ....a total mess
They did an amazing job taking down two huge pine trees right in a very small space between my house and my neighbors. They finished ahead of schedule and still undercut the estimates I had from other companies by far. I highly recommend them, and will definitely hire them again!!! Thank you so much AAA Tree!
