The staff here is amazing. They know who I am as soon as I walk through the door. They're very through with every process from the beginning to the end.
Have visited the AAA Towson location several times and have also used their roadside service. Average customer service, no issues.
I went in to get my car’s battery replaced and they didn’t have the right wrench because my car battery was in a weird spot, but they spent over an hour tracking down the right one for the job. They could’ve said “we can’t help you, sorry.” but they didn’t. They made it work. Thank you!!!
