On July 7 around 2 or 3 o'clock I had my car towed from my house to Belle tire on Reynolds. I road as a passenger in tow truck. Kelly the driver was very nice and kind and understanding. Made the stress of my flat tire worries less stressful.
No help when I needed it the most!!! Blown tire on I80 near Portage,IN. A trucker stopped and put on my donut spare. Could not make it back to Toledo with that spare. Made my way (with my wife and 2 granddaughters) to a service plaza. Called AAA and was offered a tow. This happened at 2am! I ask them for a suggestion on what to do and they had none other than a tow. We had to fend for ourselves and found a 24 hour express service that came out with a new tire within an hour. I’m not sure if he works there.. but the traveling service guy CLAYTON that came out 4/14 at 9:50 at night to boulder creek apartments?? Give that guy a RAISE!!! SO kind. So knowledgeable. Tested my battery, gave me washing fluid and tightened a bolt for me that turned my check engine light off! Clayton was a God send and he made my experience amazing
