Great service and they were the only tire shop that had my tire size used. Really appreciate it!
My boyfriend bought two new tires here, supposedly with a warranty. Just four days later, one of them exploded while he was driving on the freeway. He had to drive a short distance to safely pull over, and when we went back to request the warranty, they refused to honor it. They said the warranty didn’t apply — even though they clearly advertise it. The warranty is misleading. They just don't stand behind what they sell. Be careful and think twice before buying here!
I patiently waited an hour and 10 minutes for (a 10 minute process) vehicle emissions testing only to be shouted at in my face by the owner and blamed for making him behave like a tantrum throwing toddler when I mentioned how long I'd waited, and asked if he'd get my car done since the inspector had been back from lunch for 50 minutes past the time I was told it would take before he could do the inspection.
