Went in several times to get a handicap placard and every time could not be helped. Staff was young and stupid. Girl had childess kitten crap all over her desk and didnt know anything. Manager came out and could not help. This used to be a good office, but now is more like pre school. Go somewhere else or take a happy meal and toys in order to get help.
AAA Utica has terrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment today with a representative to plan an important trip. When I arrived to the appointment I was informed that the person with whom I made the appointment had called in sick. I informed the supervisor that it would have been common sense for someone to contact me prior to traveling to the appointment to let me know that it was canceled. I would give a zero if I could. Once again AAA has failed in its stated mission. My car was stuck in my yard in snow and mud. It took 7 hours for anyone to help me. I was told different times that someone would arrive at various times in the day. Finally, someone gave me an appointment for 6:00. Once again, there were several different arrival times given. took my diesel suburban to these guys a while back for a transmission that they said would take a couple days to fix and would be about $2,500. 6 weeks a lot of excuses and $6,500 later they had blown up my motor tried to play dumb even had me come all the way from Whister saying it was ready but there was a horrific knock coming from the motor so knowing i lived in whistler a didn't have much choice I had to buy a used motor and have them install it, after getting home it leaked all over my driveway and had to take it back ... read more
Took my vehicle in at 7:39 am and knew I would have to wait for my inspection. I was told it would be about 2 hours. I was fine as I would walk to Starbucks and shops close by. I came back 3 1/2 hours to find they had not touched it. I had a wasted morning. Called a local auto shop and was able to take it this next morning and get the inspection. I will say the employees are very nice but, should have kept me better informed. .
Richard the driver was such a gentleman. I live in Florence Arizona and I needed 2 tows and he was prompt, polite and very friendly.. I am so glad I have AAA as I am a senior lady who appreciates excellent service.
Needed a tow from my home to the tire shop. Nancy arrived with the tow truck and provided me with outstanding service! She offered great advice, showed me where to find my emergency kit (didn't even know my Smart Car had one), and told me I should consider bumping my plan up one notch, which made lots of sense. Outstanding AAA employee!
When I walked into Auto Glass Assist the associates at the desk smiled and said good morning and that set the tone for the experience I had there. The entire team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the process of replacing my windshield. The job was done in a timely manner and you cannot tell the windshield had been replaced, they even washed the car! I would definitely recommend this business for windshield replacement.
