My girlfriend took her car in there to get a new tire and they ended up breaking two of the lug nuts off, not even telling her How much it was to fix it and charging her $200 to replace two lug nuts with a AAA discount 529.27 total. She was there a she was there a hour and a half And that was only because somebody had to deliver the lug nuts. They are super overpriced. Seems to me like they took advantage of her because she’s a Young female. I wouldn’t recommend them.

They were unable to fix my air conditioner. I told them when I brought it I'm that it was an intermittent issue. When it worked, it worked well, then it would stop working for a while and come back on again. We'll, they are short staffed. I left it and they called that evening and told me everything they did to "fix it". All the easy stuff like resetting a sensor and cleaning off the condenser and adding a bit of refrigerant. Jack the store manager there, is a top notch guy and understands what customer service is ,unlike many of these other tire shops on the west end. I was in the middle of my work day One of my valve stems went bad and was leaking My tire was going to go flat, got turned away from the tire shop across the street which had mounted the tires for me about a month before, but Jack fix me up in 15 minutes no problem. They'll have all my business from now on.

Absolutely top notch service, was driving down the road ran over a screw and was able to get me in right away for a fix. 20 min wait and was all done and ready to go. Customer service was amazing and the service representative Matt was so friendly
