Towed in because my car died at a stop light, told me it has a bad fuel pump and quotaed me over $1100 for it. So i paid an diagnostic of iver $150 and took it somewhere else. It turned out just need to clean out the tank and fuel line for half the price.
will NOT be coming here. lady on phone was SO rude and absolutely no help. fix ur phone call lady. then i will be coming and u will have my business for eternity. i am a member there so i have always been loyal. this is tom foolery. unacceptable. i’m upset she was so unprofessional.
Called to ask if they worked on older cars, did carburetor tune ups stuff like that. They told me “no we dont work on older cars” when i’ve seen older cars in their lot before. And what kind of mechanic shop doesnt know how to work on a carburetor? Theyve been around for over 100 years. I wont speak to AAA’s ability to make you wait 6 hours for a tow thats a different review, but seriously AAA does nothing but disappoint. Even wjen you have an appointment you still dont get your car back on time.
Best service! I was kept inform of why there was a delay, my routers had rusted and had to be heated to be removed. This lead to other repairs that they are paying to fix(abs sensory). The mechanic and the 2 gentlemen working at the desk worked to stay within my tight budget. Never did I feel pressured. My car is 14 years old and it was treated like it was brand new.
