I read the recent reviews (a surprising number of 1 stars), but my experience couldn't have been any more positive. I called in to request an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation at 1:30PM, they were able to fit me in at 4:00PM, and had me out before 4:45PM. The folks at the maintenance check-in desk were all super nice and helpful. The waiting room was clean and spacious. The employees were joking around with one another and it seemed like they were genuinely having a good time there. I'll definitely be back again.
Went in to inquire about an oil change. Guy at the service desk is way less than friendly, informing me I definitely wasn't getting an oil change that day because he had a tech call off. Contrary to his remarks, I definitely did get an oil change that day, just not with them. And the icing on the bad service cupcake is the fact that the air machine is ALWAYS broken. Not a flagship store for the brand at all...
They offered a used car inspection for a car I was looking to purchase. They gave me a very detailed report including a green check for transmission fluid. I believed this meant the transmission fluid was checked and passed their inspection. I proceeded to purchase the car. Fast forward a week later and I start having transmission issues (shuddering and slipping) so I look at the fluid and it’s dark brown and burnt smelling. ***Update*** see below The salesman, Mark Satterfield, needs fired. He's rude and doesn't treat females right, like we're stupid. I'm not happy at all with his demeanor. I will be talking to the GM as soon as I get a chance. **Update** I talked with the GM and he was super nice and very apologetic. He was going to talk to Mark the next day because he was off. I will continue to go here because I've received good service in the past, hopefully Mark will be gone.
