Dee always is a excellent technician because he has knowledge and experience about appliances. I had used him for many years. Recently, He installed a secondhand dishwasher for me. It was not easy as installing new one, but he completely installed and fixed the problem of dishwasher ( full foaming because ex owner used wrong detergent) easily. He poured cooking oil in to cancel foaming and machine running smoothly.

If I could give a ZERO or negative 5...I would. This place has gone horrible since the husband passed away. The lady is so rude and contracts with that rude man to do repairs. After spending $400 to get my refrigerator fixed, the same issue going on. I can't believe there's no warranty for less than 2 months. THINK AGAIN BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE JERKS! I hope she loses her business.
Went through AAA to repair dishwasher. They sourced the job to Dr. Dee’s Appliance Repair in San Jose. They told me they would be doing this to get service faster, which was fine. Dee came out, took the dishwasher out, pulled motor, looked around and concluded because the motor wasn’t getting hot that the control panel was done. He then quoted me $650 to fix that, which I declined because a new dishwasher is the same cost (current one is whirlpool and 3 years old, so shouldn’t be bad). My experience was really bad first off they mis diagnosed my freezer saying there was a leak and next the tech was rude I did not like the service what so ever and last he said I needed to buy a new refrigerater because he thinks it is going to break down keep in mind i bought my fridge in 2018 soon and at the end of that it's 135.00 smh . So I was so worried I called LG to come and service my fridge it turns out we just needed to clean the back of the fridge that's it. LG tech was so nice they did not charge us.
