Ill make it short. Came in for insurance updates and have been with them for over 20 years plus on their insurance policy and also an AAA Member. Asked for a passport photo and they said there will be a charge for the photo. WOW after 20 plus years and they still want to charge me for a passport photo?? Nice loyalty / rewards for longevity.
I had gone in to get a multipolicy quote. Great price and after comparing pricing for a month, called to sign the deal. They said come in and we were done. When I got there they changed quote as well as saying I need additional info. It's not just time wasted talking to them, but also the waiting around for answers. Beware their incompetence.
