Not only this company has much higher insurance premium rates than almost everyone else around, but good luck canceling the policy without being "punished" with ridiculously high charges. Moreover, you won't ever get the prorated value as they do business only first-to-first of the month no matter what (shockingly!). We bought our insurance policy and roadside assistance membership on July 8th and guess what? The membership expires not on the 8th, but on the 1th of the month next year!
