On 10/19/23 I went to the AAA/ Missouri City office to voice a complaint about the car battery service I received the previous day. The company that came out determined I needed a new battery. I bought the battery from them but they charged me a $20 battery disposal fee EVEN THOUGH I KEPT THE battery. I explained I need the battery so I can pursue reimbursement from the previous retail company from which it was purchased. I paid the full bill with the intention of getting reimbursement.
