Came here because I've been a AAA member for nearly 15 years. The team was nice but I'm surprised they didn't try to charge me for breathing air. They charged me $80 to tighten an easily identifiable clamp. They tried to charge me $150 for a $40 air filter. Of course, they had over $3,500 of "recommendations". I even had to go back in after leaving because they didn't properly bolt on the cover to my oil filter. I'll never go to a AAA auto shop again. I suggest skipping this joint to anybody reading this.
I called the week in advance And talk to the manager. I tell him I needed an inline fuel filter install no problem. Told me $80 to install. The day of the appointment I call to verify the appointment talk to the service advisor. Nice guy he tells me it'll be$ 240.00 I thanked him and then canceled you lost me forever. Not so nice after all.

over priced, they dont even physically check most of issues but simply check your mileage and say what is due. I personally did all my fluids and filters and all were up to date yet they just claim it needed those due to mileage. for example i replaced fuel filter at 150k miles yet they claimed it needed to be replaced now at 155k miles, which just isn't true. this is also with the AAA membership I have so it was incredibly disappointing
