I love this shop. I've been to a other mechanics shop in the Tempe area and I prefer this one by far. I love that i can take my car in for a specific diag but they also take the time to give my vehicle a once over, I sure the hell ain't crawling in my engine bay or under my car to see what's what. I wouldn't even know what im looking at. They called and were clear on what the issue was, what was needed to complete the repair and then what was needed to test the engine to make sure it was up to par. Nice guys but now I have to do a bunch of work figuring out what happened to my vehicle performance / options are of course waste more time rather than it just being fixed and feeling good about patronizing a AAA affiliated site. I'll address it w/bank, dealership, and AAA complaint/claim (as explained by Customer Care); I am not comfortable returning to this location. Visited yesterday for a pre-trip check on my 2019 Mercedes. Staff recorded 111,984 mi by reading the Trip screen graphic, it was literally a stock image, not the actual odometer (which was 79k). I showed proof and asked them to correct their inspection and submit an odometer correction to CARFAX. I was told they “can’t fix it,” with no apology.
