My partner took his Rogue in for oil change only to find it held hostage for a weekend because they were having problems with their "systems" with contactless pay and employee even stated that. I have had poor service prior as well and why I go elsewhere. Horrible service when he has been AAA member like myself for years. His Rogue was not even put in a bay for protection for the weekend to prevent possible damage. Again, HORRIBLE to do this and lack of positive customer service seeing his history at this location. I originally started taking my car here because with the AAA membership discount, it's supposed to be a lot cheaper than regular auto service shops, but lately that hasn't really been the case. With oil changes routinely costing over $100, it's not really different than taking it to a dealer. But that's not my biggest issue.
