Been filing with them for the last few years. Most experiences had a few issues here and there but overall the service was pretty good and pricing was reasonable. When it came time to file this year it wasnt easy but it was done but once I brought up a mistake that was made on their behalf confirmed by NY State IRS, I was spoken to rudely as if it was my fault.
