Stopped by last week with a dead battery. Due to circumstances, I had already replaced. Cisco was incredibly helpful and personable! No hoops to go through or any BS. Best customer service in any industry I've dealt with in recent memory.
Oil and filter changed, Tires rotated, and car inspected for any suspicious additional needs. They also always inform me what mechanical services are recommended and coming due based upon my vehicle mileage. Great services at fair prices. I use my vehicles for Uber and put high mileage on them monthly. AAA has always taken great care of me and my cars for the past 10 years.
Called about a couple of issues with my car after having these people do the service I didn’t ask for. My transmission has been slipping so I came in for a drain and fill, they did a full flush, put the wrong fluid in my car, charged me $400 and some change and stripped the bolt to the point where I can’t fit the socket on to fix their mistakes. I took my car to get a transmission fluid DRAIN AND FILL(114k miles) a shop that does this daily should know a full flush will mess the car up, anyways they did a full flush with universal fluid that's not compatible with my car.
