Absolutely awful customer service. This is by far one of the most incompetent insurance offices I have ever dealt with. The employees never know how to use the AAA app, never know how to use the website, and never seem to know what’s going on with your policy. Every single question is answered with, “I don’t know,” “We don’t handle that,” or “You’ll have to call someone else.” The only thing they seem to know how to do is take your payment. Great service, especially when accepting coupons. Front desk gut very friendly and sets manageable expectations. Word of caution though. Everywhere service (insurance, etc.) will try to sell you something.
Stopped by last week with a dead battery. Due to circumstances, I had already replaced. Cisco was incredibly helpful and personable! No hoops to go through or any BS. Best customer service in any industry I've dealt with in recent memory.
Oil and filter changed, Tires rotated, and car inspected for any suspicious additional needs. They also always inform me what mechanical services are recommended and coming due based upon my vehicle mileage. Great services at fair prices. I use my vehicles for Uber and put high mileage on them monthly. AAA has always taken great care of me and my cars for the past 10 years.
