Very poor customer service, didn’t mention any concerns at install, then blame the existing lift for handling issues. (Confirmed with my local mechanic the issue definitely wasn’t the lift) Had the work done in their shop in Melbourne before driving home to Queensland and they didn’t offer any assistance in cost of investigation/repairs. Would not recommend
Great product, towed my 3t horse float and a fully loaded vehicle with ease. Big difference from the previous setup. Also the customer service has been second to none. Had a small issue which has been resolved to a level far greater than expected.
Took my 200 in after having heaps of work done elsewhere it still wasn’t right ! These guys have totally changed the way my rig drives highly recommend these blokes they know what there talking about ! Honesty is hard to come by these days but they saved me spending on parts not needed to fix the issues
Just fitted tow assist bags to my 2019 amarok made a huge difference towing a 3t caravan it's now a smooth and enjoyable drive. The customer service was fantastic can't recommend them highly enough
I purchased air bags for my Mitsubishi Triton to tow our caravan which has been recently replaced with another. The airbags were a great price and have worked perfectly. I place approximately 35 psi in them and they have made such a difference to the tow. The difference is night and day to when I towed without them on the Triton. Greatly appreciated the help and advice from Justin.
