Got my car done quick before the weekend good people.
Requested service for a battery that I had purchased in 2025, including an AAA warranty. The first service person came out and stated the battery was so dead he could not test it, that he did not have that type of battery on his truck, that he did not care about our battery warranty purchased from the same Surprise AZ Service center the year before, and that my car would have to be towed to store on Monday. We contacted national customer service, and they sent out another service person who also did not replace the battery. ... read more
