Been AAA member since 2015 and today will be the last day because of the service “advisor” Matthew D at this location. We had a battery change by AAA Remote service 2 days ago because the car wasn’t starting. After it was changed, the car started, but now had new electrical issues of flashing lights, deactivated drive mode and check engine lights randomly going off when driving. They may do quality work, but they are very high priced! $1400 to install a new fuel pump!!! That's almost twice what it should have cost.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Facility was clean the staff were very informed and helpful. This is my second visit and both were the best. I will continue to use the AAA facility for my car maintenance needs.
I had to have my battery recharged and they took me home and the next day they called me and picked me up. Outstanding service thank you and keep up the great work
