Tom Nellis was very helpful, in spite of being in training. Heather is doing a great job of training him.
The most greedy, raise the rent 2x faster than competitors and dirtier with bugs and trash on floors that were never there before they bought out the smaller company. They did this in Maryland and now they have done it in Florida.
Heather was so awesome and patient with our situation. We had to change location and then we changed it back and she was very friendly and didn’t make us feel like we were bother at all. Highly recommend this location.
