The business online appears active and all the steps taken to reserve the unit returned emails confirming the reservation. The online payment during reservation was withdrawn from my account. I arrive at the business at this moment and the business is closed and for sale. Phone calls return a message that the number is not in service. No one at the business location and the grass/landscape is overgrown and not maintained. All appearances indicate the business is not active.
I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The owner is constantly switching management companies. The entire facility was locked and inaccessible for months with no way in. Phone numbers were disconnected. Heard reports of sketchy activity taking place. One of my locks had been damaged as if someone had tried to cut the lock and break in. There are plenty of other storage facilities around for the same or cheaper price that will be much more secure and accessible.
This place has no camera surveillance and the gate does not work. Homeless people all around waiting to steal your stuff with no security. Ask to see the cameras before you rent. Maybe they will fix them by then.
