Was told my unit would be ready and lock inside. Showed up and had to wait 2 hours to get into my unit. Had no problem taking my payment immediately 2 days in advance.
The team at Storage City has been nothing short of professional, accommodating, and beyond helpful during the time that we had to have 3 different units. The office hours are clearly posted including additional changes due to holidays or sickness. I will recommend anyone needing extra space to use them.
I was extremely impressed with the office manager, Breana Wright's helpfulness and professionalism when I needed a place to store my vintage car. She helped me with dimensions (googled the dimensions of my car) and made the rental process very easy. When it was time to terminate the rental she handled that quickly and efficiently. If I ever need to return I will go back to AAA Storage City. Thank you, Breana!
