We love AAA storage! Easy to access, property is clean and convenient. Once there was a box outside our unit and we were called to make sure we hadn’t left anything unsecured. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Always clean and easy access. Haven’t had an issue for over 3 years. When we started in 2022 Charlotte was so easy to work with then and continues to this day with superb customer service I recommend to anyone one this easy access storage facility with outstanding customer service and very clean Thank you Charlotte and Brianna
Called all day from 1pm and again at 6pm on a weekday with no answer only terrible music. Stayed on hold forever until having to give up.

AAA Storage I have been a customer of AAA Lady's Island since mid 2023. Had 3 units of varying sizes simultaneously, one being climate controlled and now just 1 unit. I'm impressed with the professional manner in which this location is run. From daily inspections to notification of any irregularities found the on site administrators are conscientious, pleasant and always helpful.
