Beware of bait and switch: after I responded to a “half price for the first three months” offer, after I gave all manner of personal information including driver license number, on checkout there appeared a previously unmentioned “Admin fee” of $30.00. Wasted my time and harvested my information then tried to slip in a $30.00 charge. I call BS.
Used two units for 6 months - very clean and access was convenient. Breana and Charlotte in the office very accommodating and professional. If you need storage, this is the place. Added 1/15/2026: Entire house furniture in temp controlled storage for one week short of 12 months. Came back as good as it went in. No issues. Again, Breana and Charlotte are the best to work with. They should teach classes on customer service.
