I inquired about a unit at the Cibolo location, and spoke with Michelle, must say she was an expert on all my needs and answered all my questions before I even asked. Amazing customer service. Totally getting my unit there!!

Rented from this location this past weekend. May and Darlene were absolutely fantastic walking us through the process and getting us set up and in the facility. The facility itself is very clean and easy to navigate. Highly recommend this place!

*5-STAR GOOGLE MAPS REVIEW** Check out my truck and load-out...! Had to leave the farm...fast...! They took my truck so I improvised...! Arrived at 6:30 am. Checked in online...and...as soon as my deposit was verified, AAA Storage system sent me the gate code, assigned unit number and lock combination. I was able to unload and lock my unit and deliver the tractor back on the farm before feed time. AMAZING...!!!

I had called several storage facilities, and in my opinion, this is the best. New, clean facility, ease of access, and what really sets it apart is their staff. They truly went over and above to make my move go smoothly. True professionals.
