I had a great experience when I checked in with my reservation got a tour of the property was given options and smooth over all experience and the location is brand new and it’s amazing.
We were able to process and rent our unit on a Sunday. We Paid and did everything online very seamless experience then received our unit number via email.
Visited location 24 June and the older gentleman that was at the fornt desk was super friendly and explained prices and requirements clearly. He made sure we saw the units before deciding on it and everything was fast and easy.
Cutberto was very nice, polite and helpful. The facility is well maintained and safe.
Before I arrived the manager called because he saw that yes, I got the right size storage, but reserved one with a small door. He called me and when I went there, he showed me and it was clearly not what I wanted. He got me into one more appropriate and I thank him for that. It is a great space at a great value.
