Someone from this company came out to “service” my in-warranty LG washer purchased from Costco. Their visit was a complete waste of my time, as the tech said there was nothing wrong with the machine (why is it full of dirty water that it won’t drain then?). To top it off, he so kindly left me with two buckets of dirty water to dispose of for him, along with leaving his dirty gloves that were too much of a hassle to throw away himself. Totally unresponsive. Never answer voicemails. Missed appointments.
Maybe the worst customer service I've ever expericed. I Initially got refered to them through a warranty plan I have on my TV. The TV had issues from the very beginning so I wanted to get it serviced or replaced. Being serviced was my only option. When contacted by SCS I told them how small my apartment was and how difficult it would be to perform the repair in my apratment. Absolutely useless company. For some reason LG recommended them for a warranty repair on a new dryer. They call and try to guess what the problem is over the phone. They won't send someone out to confirm the issue because in his words I'm in Hopkinton and they're in Brookline and that's far away. Zero clue why LG wants to use them for dryer repairs. We have been waiting for several months for an Electric Range repair. I requested assistance more than tree months. The part needed was received in two months ago and it is now June 2025. Terrible service. I do not recommend this company , Allstate or Home Depot.
