DO NOT!!!! I took my truck to Ft. Mill Triple A 4 or 5 times with issues, explained the issue, and they continued to tell me they drove the truck and could not replicate the issue. I was extremely frustrated so i reached out to the GM of a few stores. The GM proceeded to tell me the Ft. I clearly give 5 stars even though they have not even repaired my car. Eric, their customer service guy, went several extra miles to help us and was HONEST with us all the way. We thought the transmission was broke ($6-7k) but he called, recommended a diagnosis ($75). We found out it was the CV axle and then Eric did something I would never expect. He checked the CarFax report and found out — there was an open recall from Honda for our car — for the CV axle. Not only that. He called Honda, made sure the open recall would app... read more
