I clearly give 5 stars even though they have not even repaired my car. Eric, their customer service guy, went several extra miles to help us and was HONEST with us all the way. We thought the transmission was broke ($6-7k) but he called, recommended a diagnosis ($75). We found out it was the CV axle and then Eric did something I would never expect. My husband took his new Honda Pilot to this location (AAA Steele Creek) very disappointed with their services and their honesty. My husband’s car needed rotation on the tires. Later the staff reached out to my husband explaining that they needed a special key to remove the wheel lug nuts from the tires. My husband gave the staff authorization to check for the special key inside his vehicle’s drawer stock and the staff found the key but supposedly the staff had said to my husband that the key was incorrect. not so good. they take the car for days and do not work on it. then you owe them money to get you car back without even having it diagnosed. place is a joke...
