The rudest most unhelpful folks I have ever met. My partner and I have been there twice and both times they have been short and acted as if we were bothering them. The receptionist almost immediately asked us to move to the other side as she suddenly needed room behind her desk I guess! Then the reception lady sitting behind the counter told us we had to make an appointment because no one would talk to us about membership car rental. We had a great experience the last time that we were here because of the staff.
The moment I walked in the door I was pleasantly greeted by Tammy who helped me obtain an International Driving Permit. I could immediate tell she knew the exact process like she’d done it a million times before. She was very thorough and made sure I signed in all of the required places (passport photos and document). The service there was fast and friendly. Nobody tried too hard sell me any other services but they were offered as they should be. Great experience! Thank you!!
