Aaa is living off the name in the past. This is an absolute garbage company that is extremely entitled. They think coming out to do roadside assistance is an entitlement service. What am I paying Aaa for if I have to pay extra money for a tow that is absolutely ridiculous. I would run in the opposite direction as fast as I can and would never sign up for Aaa again there’s much better companies out there as I’m finding out there, they don’t think they’re doing a tow is entitlement.
Robin, at.the front desk was patient and kind. She went out of her way to map out our trip to Alaska by RV. We really appreciate everything that AAA has done to meet our needs.

Update 2/20/25: Lowering my rating due to AAA's payment processing issues. Agent Praise: My agent, Mike Tarlaian, was excellent—responsive and helpful throughout this ordeal. He’s the only reason this is a 2-star review instead of 1. Issue Summary: 2/10/25: Initiated a new home + auto policy (effective 2/18/25).
