Called local office to make sure it was open Phone answered by another office indicating local office permanently closed. Got address of agent owned facility to make premium payment, and was told home office was supposed to have mailed notice of closing to members. NEVER HAPPENED, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A HOME OFFICE NOTICE, nor has my agent contacted me regarding this issue. Time to look for a new carrier.
