Well, after arriving early for my appointment, I was met out front by one of the clerks. He said that he was trying to call me to reschedule my appointment because there wasn't anyone to perform my state inspection.
I've been here several times. They always have you make an appointment and they are never able to honor it. The last 3 times they always call the morning of to say they are short staffed and push you to the next day. My appointment yesterday was pushed to today at 11am just to plug 2 holes in a tire I purchased from them . I dropped my car off at 10am. Called at 1pm they haven't even gotten to my car yet. It's now 3:30pm and I still don't have my car. I have had enough of their poor scheduling and time management. They can't... read more
My son was visiting his girlfriend in Charlotte and his car was experiencing some issues. Chris and his team jumped right on it and were able to get him back on the road safely. As a parent, 2.5 hours away, I’m very thankful for their help, communication, and generosity!! I know car repair shops get a bad wrap for all types of reasons, but not this one. They are awesome and honest! I wish I could give them 10 stars, because they deserve it!! I would highly recommend this car care place for anyone with car care needs.
