AAA no longer provides roadside assistance. I have used AAA for over 50 years, and I am cancelling my membership. AAA left me stranded on the side of the road for over 12 hours and never checked on my situation. Both AAA and I were taken hostage by multiple fraudulent apps and bots. AAA should know better. I’ve been a customer here almost 7 years. I have always had a great experience with the auto services and vehicle inspections. Thank you for keeping me and my car safe and running well on the road
Is not a good place any longer. I've had a few issues coming here recently. The first several times, I had great service. The last couple, though, have not been good. They missed rotating my tires on one occasion and when I pointed it out, I was told the service was done (I have markings on my tires to check for this, and they did not). On another visit, I had an appointment and I didn't get my car back for almost 4 hours (oil change). I brought my car in because I was having problems with my brakes. The representative was very thoughtful and professional. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and also got me a good price to repair my car. I would definitely recommend AAA at the South End in Charlotte, NC
