I would leave a 10 star review if I could about my experience with Jeslyn and Chris today. My car battery had died for the second time in a 2 weeks, and I needed my car for important appointments. Despite me not being on their service schedule, they were both extremely helpful and kind, and made time to diagnose the issue and replace my battery, which was free with AAA’s warranty. Had the BEST experience with Jeslyn! After my stressful day with car issues, I felt relieved from the moment I began speaking with Jeslyn at the check-in counter. Truly the most personable experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Jeslyn even accommodated my communication preferences while at work (text message) and managed to clearly walk me through the diagnosis file. I was able to pick up my car the very next day. Definitely will be revisiting this branch for future repair/maintenance!
I had an awful experience here. I went in for a simple oil change, and it ended up taking 3 hours with no clear explanation. While I was waiting, they came back with an $2800 repair estimate—claiming I needed all sorts of things fixed that I later found out weren’t necessary at all.
