The staff in this office are very helpful and courteous. I have my warranty through them and they are always prompt in answering my questions.
The worst travel agency for many reasons. Booked a very expensive cruise with them. Had problems with the business class air they booked along with that and some minior issues with the cruise. Was never reimbursed nor would the travel agent follow up with me or even work on our behalf to see if she could do something. When she finally did it was over a month later and said she couldn't do anything to compensate us for a trip that was over $32,000 and that Aaa wouldn't assist either.
