Never answer phone always on hold
I had a great experience working with Sonia Borges on quoting and placing my auto insurance policy. She expertly guided me through the process and helped me save considerable money. I also really appreciated that she moved the process along at a quick pace as my other policy was only days from expiration. I look forward to an opportunity to work with Sonia on my insurance needs again as she is knowledgeable, responsive, and funny!
Waste of time making an appointment. Still have to wait over an hour. Better of going to the registry and save time and money. Also received wrong information about forms. Social media team wants my help no thanks. AAA cancelled.
