We recently hired AAA Solid Foundation for major structural work in our finished basement, after both our realtor and our structural engineer recommended them, and I can’t say enough good things about Steve Bauer and Robin Cormak and their entire crew. Our home is 4000sqft, and sits on a brick basement dating from 1913, so this was not a simple job. Steve came out to have a look at our foundation and exterior walls. He was very friendly and gave excellent advice. Highly recommended!
AAA just finished my house this week. Nothing but positive reviews to say about them. Steve communicated with me daily on work updates. The crew worked hard and even extended their hours on the last day to cleanup and get the job done. Cleaned up the street as well to polish the job.
Came out promptly and confirmed that the issue was as I suspected. Gave some good advice about how we could fix it ourselves as it was minor repair.
Really good guy, he guided me what to do in a simpler way.
