John was very helpful. Came in with an engine light and low coolant. Needed a new radiator. Ug. But got a great price and fast service. Same day fix.
I brought both my work truck and my daily driver car into the auto shop for inspections to see if either or both of the vehicles would be safe to take on a cross country trip. Orouk and Jose both gave me great insight. They are both very knowledgeable about their work and honest. They pointed out some potential future problems that weren’t necessary to fix right away and also pointed out some other problems that could cause a genuine safety concern.
If you need any car care do not hesitate to stop in. I had my Jeep serviced there and Will, Matt, John and the whole team are there to help you. Also, having a AAA membership helps you save. Stop in and see them. You won't be disappointed
Just had service done, and wow I’m amazed. For months I’ve had a check engine light and it was an Evap leak, I’ve been from shop to shop all over Niles and skokie and these guys got it done. The person in the front who was signing me up was super nice and the shorter mechanic with the beard who got my car diagnosed was great as well. Overall I recommend this location, very friendly honest people. Definitely servicing my car with these guys again.
