Great customer service
This is a really a review for Grace Hogue. She was so incredibly professional and helpful. I wish i could say the same about the other staff member. I was there to get an international drivers license for me and my family. I had all the paperwork complete but i missed my daughters signature on her photo. It was 5:15 pm when I arrived. At 5:20 the gentlemen started to review my files. At 5:24 he showed me the missing signature. I told him we lived 10 minutes away and my daughter could be there quickly to sign her paperwork. Willy and Matt were great help at the front desk, Orouk was my mechanic, he did a clean job and was an honest professional.
This was my 2nd visit to the shop. I found out from Matt, that the inspection I had previously was wrong. And they had also misplaced a tire lock tool. This tool was from the dealer only. To make up for their mistakes, they removed the locks at no charge. Thank God for honest people, still left in this crazy world of Cheaters! I can say I'm totally compensated today.
