Been sitting here waiting for a tow truck for 2 hours 40 minutes so far - seriously!!! This is beyond ridiculous!! What’s the point of this service. It’s 1:42 am now been here since 11:00 pm. Do U think you should contract with more towing service?
whats the point of having AAA if no one can come help us??? Called for a tow, sat for an hour then got a call saying it'll be another hour or two???? thats insane. you need to contract with more companies or something. its midnight. and we have to sit for another hour.......
We blew out a tire on 75S and were stuck in the median. Within 30 minutes of calling AAA, the guys had towed our truck to a safe location and put the spare on. The two guys that responded were an elite team that worked together efficiently and flawlessly to keep us safe and get us back on the road. THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
Shelby County AAA makes vacation planning easy. They will go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Mary Jo has even traveled to Celina to meet with our Alaska group and answered all the questions we had. We have booked many trips with them and were never disappointed.
