Had my car brought in by tow truck because of a coolant leak. Pretty simple repair that typically runs between six and $700. Waited all day after dropping my car off at 10 AM to get a quote when they were closing at 6pm for over $5000. Almost all of the charges were not for what I brought the car in. AAA IS MY PLACE!! Got my car serviced in a timely manner and car is purring like a kitten!! Sooo happy ! Got my valve seal gaskets replaced and my front wheel bearings replaced. Superb job! Thanks guys!! Don’t Take your chances and go elsewhere.
I had an appointment for an oil change at 11am. It took 3 hours and they did not perform the tire rotation included in the price. I ask if the tech , Jabed, did the rotation. The ,advisor , Maureen, did not know. I ask her to check. She said no. So, I waited another hour to get it done. The price quoted was $74.99 ,with a $10 coupon , it would be $64.99. The cost was 73.74. I was told the discount was applied, but the taxes added to the cost. Spencer
I booked an oil change based on a promotional offer I received. The earliest appointment available was tomorrow, so I scheduled it. Now I’m being told the offer ended on 02/28. However, I made the booking weeks ago while the promotion was still active. This has been a waste of my time!
