I agree with many of the unhappy customers ;this company deserves less than 1 star, they can’t find the problem with the washer, they start changing parts in August and it’s almost the end of October and still they can’t make it work, them just like Choice warranty company, are really bad, I will never recommend any of them. With all the parts they change I should have a new washer by now. Horrible both of them. I Keep calling and their answer is give 48 hours, I don’t know how many months am I have to keep waiting.
This company has serviced my home a few times. Mohamed and Emit were very helpful. It’s to the point where I request them by name now. They fixed my Maytag dryer and my Samsung stove. They worked around my schedule and everything. The stove was back up and running in no time just in time for Thanksgiving. This service beats buying a new appliance any day & appliance’s aren’t cheap. These guys know their stuff. The ladies who answer the phone are very pleasant as well.
