Good customer service. Call!
Rented a Porta-Potty from them for 4 months. Their billing system failed to take payment on two occasions in a row, leading them to have an out-standing payment to my account that they didn't notify me of for 13 MONTHS, until it went to collection. Very unprofessional to have your books in such disarray that you cannot communicate or contact debts to get paid before sending for collections. I'm selling my vacation home and needed to have the septic tank pumped and inspected. I thought the septic tank was under the deck, but didn't know exactly where. The first two septic companies I called showed up, but once they saw that to locate the septic they would need to do some crawling and digging, they passed. AAA Septic in Belfair was the 3rd company I called and the 3rd times a charm saying proved true. Their employee, Mitchell, came and he was great.
