Fair prices, good service.
I've had my item's at this storage unit since 2004 and it has been the simplest thing. My 128 year old piano has been here all this time and its still in perfect condition. This is the best storage place any where within 200 miles and Karen is the absolute best.
This is one of the best facilities I've ever used. We had my mother's stuff in here once and two of my daughters have their stuff in here and now I have stuff stored. They are friendly kind and considerate. I would not recommend any other storage units on the Southeast or Southwest side of town. The lot and Areas are kept neat and clean. A little hidden gem of the springs. Most competitors want double the rent for the same storage space they offer so it was kind of a no-brainer. Mrs Karen is just lovely and very understanding. Willing to work with you and your situation or make accommodating changes, they really don't make me feel like just another number. I feel valued here, and confident my belongings are safe with trustworthy folks. I've been renting here over a year and haven't ever considered going elsewhere
