An employee here coinspired with someone to steal 200 plus pairs of collectible sneakers out of my unit they are still trying ti charge me monthly but has no information on what happened the cameras didnt reach my unit so he said its the worst place to get a storage they havnt reached out about the insurance and they refuse to give me corporate number anyone who works there who has the corporate number or email id like that as soon as possible
Jeffrey was super helpful and on time, which made the whole process really easy. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this storage place because of how great the service was!
Ms. Sharita was sooo helpful and kind! She made a terribly stressful day a lot easier!
