My property was stolen and put in two units of this storage facility, they knew it was stolen and they auctioned off those units and kept telling me to make a bid on my stolen property, owner refused to actually speak to me before the sale and they kept stating company policy as if it were law. I don't reccomend on premise of that alone, they knew my possessions had been stolen and did not call me when the units went up for auction. Seems illegal and shady at the least.
Its a fair price for the storage, however they do have rats or mice that tend to get into your belongings and ruin them, ive had to toss several items because of that, and the billing is kind of hit or miss with being able to use the new automated system.
No one is ever there, no one will ever pick up the phone or return calls. This just shows how professional and secure this place is. Do not rent from here and there are better local storage places that are there at the office and not ran by a corporation somewhere. If you know who owns this or the manager, please have them contact me now.
I have used AAA Self Storage for over 20 years. They have been a big help to me and I highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond to assist with everything.
We had things stored at this facility for six years. We were very satisfied with the customer service, security, and condition of the units we used.
