Very unprofessional. Need better management
We updated to wifi system in 2020 and in early 2025 had multiple low battery sensors notices as well carbon monoxide detector expired. Should have been a 10 year life. But an older one was obviously installed. However they replaced carbon monoxide detector with new one at no charge and checked all sensors. They also waived the service call fee. We are extremely happy with the follow up service - both the call center agent and Trevor who was the service person.
I just received a invoice saying I did not pay for services in Dec 2024 and Jan 2025. I checked my bank and there were confirmation number for payment. I phoned and they told me that i missed a April 2023 payment...So what about the recent invoice???? Get this they said the mail has been slow...I have had online invoicing for 12 years....I have found my April 2023 bank statement and the bill was paid... I am waiting for confirmation number. As a customer, I’ve been with Bell MTS / AAA for like 5 years. I have only good things to say about them. The home alarm system and the monitoring of our home are awesome. Further, the devices used in my home are consistent and reliable. I strongly recommend this company.
Customer service is awful...One staff member was exceptionally rude and we stopped our service. The supervisor apparently only works remotely and does not have access to her voicemail...This company doesn;t seem to care about the service they provide
