I got a bill in the last month and was through AAA Alarms last 10 years and got no letter in the mail and my bill stated double what I was paying every three months. I called API and no one answers. Called Jeff as my bill states API and security plus when calling says call Jeff and he states like he doesn’t know anything. How can one cancel their service if no one knows what’s going on or answers there phone. So disappointed.
Now called api security. Tried for a whole month. Still haven't heard from them or got through.
Very unprofessional. Need better management
We updated to wifi system in 2020 and in early 2025 had multiple low battery sensors notices as well carbon monoxide detector expired. Should have been a 10 year life. But an older one was obviously installed. However they replaced carbon monoxide detector with new one at no charge and checked all sensors. They also waived the service call fee. We are extremely happy with the follow up service - both the call center agent and Trevor who was the service person.
I just received a invoice saying I did not pay for services in Dec 2024 and Jan 2025. I checked my bank and there were confirmation number for payment. I phoned and they told me that i missed a April 2023 payment...So what about the recent invoice???? Get this they said the mail has been slow...I have had online invoicing for 12 years....I have found my April 2023 bank statement and the bill was paid... I am waiting for confirmation number.
