The service level is horrific. Unable to get through on service line. Waited 45 min to be connected and then the call went silent. Tried a second time with same result. Tried customer service and ended up in same loop. What are we paying for. Definitely not service. Highly recommend looking to other service providers. We will be switching our service.
TERRIBLE SERVICE... I recommend highly that users of this crap switch to another alarm company immediately!
I got a bill in the last month and was through AAA Alarms last 10 years and got no letter in the mail and my bill stated double what I was paying every three months. I called API and no one answers. Called Jeff as my bill states API and security plus when calling says call Jeff and he states like he doesn’t know anything. How can one cancel their service if no one knows what’s going on or answers there phone. So disappointed.
Now called api security. Tried for a whole month. Still haven't heard from them or got through.
Very unprofessional. Need better management
