I came in mid-day with a rapidly-deflating tire. Susan arranged for Javier to come help me and even though it was time for his lunch break, Javier stayed there, found the leak and fixed it fast. I expected to be there for a while but Javier took care of me and got me out in record time. I hope he got his lunch!
My front brakes were squeaking, so I figured it was time to have them replaced. After checking everything, they told me the brakes were fine — the noise was just from a glaze on the pads. Since I’m a AAA member, there was no charge for the inspection. They even Ubered me home and back to the shop! Honest, professional, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent service. I had a tire incident out of town and was given temporary relief in order to make it home to Santa Rosa knowing I would have to have the tire replaced with a new one. I called AAA Santa Rosa on Piner from Fort Bragg and talked to Brian. He said he would order the new tire I needed, and it was at the shop when I returned home from my trip. I plan on using them as my auto repair shop in the future. Thanks for great service.
