I’m am a AAA member and I Scheduled an appointment and showed up and he said he couldn’t do my alignment because bottom of car was a little dirty. Went to another professional and they did it just fine smh. Lazy and bad service.
I had my 2017 Chevy Express 4x4 van serviced at the Triple AAA shop on Baker Ave in Santa Rosa and was very happy with the service my van received. Jose was the point person for the service and was very thorough and communicative. My van got the full point inspection and a tune-up. My van also had a relay switch that went out and Jose and the team figured this out by doing a systematic diagnostic. I was very happy with the service and was impressed by the reasonable pricing!
