My tire blew out on 101 and I pulled over at the next exit. It happened to be right across the street from AAA. I went in and told them I had a flat tire and they said we do work by appointment but we can work you in today. All of my tires were worn pretty low and with all wheel drive, the recommendation was to replace them. They were able to get it done within four hours and offered transportation services. The price was good, and Jose was excellent with his customer service skills. Very happy!
They did an excellent job servicing my 2017 Prius V today with an oil/filter change, rotation, tune up, etc. Good price, fast/excellent service, no BS. Importantly, I also had a headlight issue, they looked at it, and they didn't try to get me to pay for something I didn't need. Danny was my rep, and he was awesome from start to finish. In fact, all the people I met there (including the primary mechanic/technician) seemed on the ball with good vibes. They earned a repeat customer from the experience.
