What a joke. The person I was working with thought her abilities were so precious, she's "the only one who does parking," because apparently it's so difficult, & it would take a half-hour special appointment on a different day to accomplish setting up my rental. Mostly I think she was upset that she'd been undercut by SpareFoot by 25 dollars a month for that very space, but that's another story.
