I had a wonderful experience as a first time customer. Special thanks to Nick H. who helped me with a same day smog check appointment/test. He clearly explained the process and at checkout reviewed all the results. Nick went above and beyond to remind me that I could pay my DMV renewal fees in the same visit. Paid the fees and received the new sticker right then. I was THRILLED! Fantastic experience all the way around! Thank you!
