I love this place, for the obvious reasons.
I called them today specifically and only to ask if I could drop in for a Smog Check. This was after calling 3 other area AAA's, all failures. This one, though, said yes no problem. We talked at length about the kind of vehicle I have. They specifically said no problem at 3pm. I drove directly there, took about 26 minutes, at a cost of about $20 in gas. I got there early, approx. 2:40pm. The mouth-breather at the desk said: "Uuhhhhhhh, can't do it, the smog guy went home already." I said I had called for exactly this reason ... read more
Absolutely helpful and caring
I recently brought my car in for a check engine light diagnosis, and the shop not only addressed that issue but also identified and replaced the fuel pump, which needed to be done. I appreciate that they caught the problem. However, the service fell short on reassembly. Replacing the in-tank fuel pump requires removing the back seat, which is standard.
